TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with afrocosmetics.com, afrocosmetica.eu, afrocosmetica.nl, afrocosmetics.eu, afrocosmetics.com, afrocosmetique.com, afrocosmetique.eu, blunel.nl, bronzecosmetics.eu, bronzemakeup.eu. A written copy of the general terms and conditions is available on request.
All prices indicated on the website are in Euros, including VAT. We have the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Products are delivered at the prices as specified at the time of ordering. Special offers are valid as indicated at the time of ordering.
All orders are subject to stock availability. Orders are placed on the website by completing the form and sending the order. Once your order is in our system, you will be notified by e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, depending on chosen delivery method, you will get the parcel number allowing you to track your order through PostNL, GLS, DPD Parcel Serives or any other available selected shipping method.
Orders will be processed after receipt of payment. Payment has to be effected at the time of ordering through PayPal (credit cards), iDeal or within 10 days through direct bank transfer. The delivery time starts once afrocosmetics.com has received payment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
The order is given either to the transporter within 1-4 business day(-s) of receipt of payment. Shipment is paid by and carried out at the risk of the customer. We do not process orders on Sundays or national holidays, but we guarantee that any orders placed on these days will be handled the very next working day.

For all orders the delivery charge is dependent on destination and chosen shipping method. These vary from € 5,95 for domestic standard shipping, till € 29,- for international courier services. For a full overview, please see our Shipping Page. If the shipping method allows for it, you will receive a track & trace number. You can trace your parcel directly at www.tracktrace.nl, www.dpd.com/tracking/ or any other website of the selected transporter. However you will be sent an e-mail automatically containing all tracking information. All international deliveries are shipped with ‘Priority’ service.
Please note that the delivery charge does not include any customs duty. Contact your local customs office for a detailed specification of these duties. Furthermore the delivery charge is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned parcels.
EXCHANGING/RETURNING AN ITEM
If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. The postage date is binding in this respect. The customer is always responsible for the costs of returning an item. Make sure that you pay the correct postage. Any underpaid postage costs will be deducted from our refund. Items may only be returned unopened and in unused, undamaged state. Original packaging and cellophane wrappings of all products are required. They must be in exactly the same condition as on receipt. afrocosmetics.com holds the right to asses a 10% restocking fee to all returnable products. Please be aware that the delivery charge is non-refundable.
Note: the customer remains responsible for the return delivery until it reaches us. Returned items should preferably be shipped with PostNL or a courier service.
If you wish to exchange/return an item, you should take the following steps:
• Notify us about the return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Wait for a reply before you return it. You will be sent instructions regarding the procedure within 1-2 business days.
• After receiving our instructions, you should return the items within 10 working days.

The following items may not be exchanged/returned:
• Items which are not in their original condition and/or packaging
• Items which have been used or tested.
• Discounted (SALE/CLEARANCE) items.
ITEM NOT IN STOCK
Our range of products is in stock. If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be indicated online as soon as possible. If you wish to have an indication of the delivery time of this specific item, please ask by e-mail. We will answer your query as soon as possible and if a product line is discontinued, offer you an alternative. If you can’t find your Sleek Hair model and color combination, please ask by e-mail for a possible delivery date.
COUPON CODES AND PROMOTION
If a coupon code is provided to you personal directly by us it is valid for a period of three months unless stated otherwise. If you receive a coupon code by a promotion (e.g. flyer, advert) it is valid for a period of two months unless stated otherwise.
GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY
afrocosmetics.com guarantees that the supplied items are in good condition and correspond with the descriptions. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products accurately as they appear at the site. However, because the colors seen will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. afrocosmetics.com can not guarantee that the product descriptions are error-free.
If you accidentally receives a product which is different from the item ordered, afrocosmetics.com will exchange it for the originally ordered item free of charge. You should contact email@example.com within eight days of receipt.
Within the guarantee period, if provided, faults proved by the buyer and any faults, imperfections or defects due to mimaxshop.com will be rectified, replaced or taken back in exchange for a refund as soon as possible by afrocosmetics.com. You should notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or in writing about your complaint.
afrocosmetics.com determines the method of repair and/or shipment. afrocosmetics.com guarantees repair within three weeks. If we decide to replace the item with a new item, you must make your choice within two weeks. If the complaint is founded, delivery costs within the guarantee period will be paid by mimaxshop.com. The complaint procedure will be explained by e-mail.
The guarantee period does not apply if the fault was the result of improper or careless use, negligence, if you or third parties have modified or attempted to modify the item (without written permission from mimaxshop.com), if the purchased item has been used for purposes for which it was not intended, or other blame attributable to the buyer or normal wear and tear.
afrocosmetics.com is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from whatever cause, inflicted on you or your family, on your property, on third parties or on property pertaining to third parties. If it is established that mimaxshop.com is liable for any damage, liability will be maximised to the net invoice sum of the order (invoice value minus VAT, or other government levies and other net price increasing factors, such as transport costs).
afrocosmetics.com is not liable to fulfil any commitments to the customer if prevented by force majeure. Force majeure includes serious business disruption at afrocosmetics.com and transport stagnation.
